My husband and I booked a superior king, non smoking room with a river view for our anniversary and when we checked in we were given a small room with ashtray and overlooking rooftops. When we returned to the front desk to tell them of the mistake, the booking manager Theress came out to tell us that was all she had. The ashtray; all rooms are supplied with ashtrays. We tried everything but she wouldn't budge. We returned to the room and really had an awful stay. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything in the next room, even though the people were having normal conversations. The rudeness of the booking manager was insulting but she had the power and we were stuck. Hope this will dissaude you from going here. There are too many other choices! 12/26/04

The Hotel Monteleone located at 214 Royal Street provides some great amenities
Pay-Per-View,Hairdryer,TV, in rooms. You can also be sure to have great services provides in and around the property such as
Parking,Lounge,.
